All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
